Baby Dedications at Ivy
Baby Dedications are held every 4th Sunday of the month at Ivy. Please complete the information form below at least two weeks prior to your requested month of dedication.

What to Expect at Your Baby Dedication Service
On the Sunday of your Dedication Service, reserved seats will be provided for those who are prompt. Ivy’s Office Staff will notify the ushers of the names of the participating families.
When prompted, the baby to be dedicated, his/her parent(s)/legal guardian(s) and family members should be prepared to come forward.
