Starting Point is where you learn all there is to know about Ivy—who we are, what we believe, and how you can grow and serve within our community. In this virtual session led by Pastor and Lady Swann, you have the opportunity to connect, ask questions, and discover what it means to be a part of the Ivy family.
New Disciples Orientation is designed to provide a solid foundation for your journey of faith. In this class, you’ll explore the basics of the Bible, understand what salvation means and how to receive it, learn about baptism, and discover what it looks like to live as a follower of Christ. We’ll also introduce you to Ivy’s Care Team, who are here to support and guide you every step of the way.
Every 1st Sunday we announce to the world that we’ve added a new member to the fam!
We call this the “Right Hand of Fellowship”, based on Galatians 2:9. For generations, the Right Hand of Fellowship was a practice to offer a handshake to symbolize welcoming new members into fellowship.
